Bennelong Northside Orienteers History

Amalgamation of Bennelong Occasional Orienteers (BOO) and Northside Orienteers & Social Hustlers (NOSH) in 1988 resulted in a stronger and more sustainable merged club, Bennelong Northside Orienteers (BNO).

BNO's new name and logo well represented the previous clubs from which it was formed:

"Bennelong" - from Bennelong Occasional Orienteers, and

"Northside"   - from Northside Orienteers & Social Hustlers

BOO's blue, and NOSH's green, were similarly combined to create the new logo for the club.
